About Chad

I began my career in the mortgage industry, where I spent many successful years before realizing I wanted to make a deeper, more lasting impact on the lives of the clients I served. After the housing crisis of 2008–2010, I made a decisive shift and in 2011 joined an insurance marketing organization, which later became TruChoice, seeking a profession where meaningful protection and long term insurance planning took center stage. What began as a career transition quickly became a calling. I was drawn to the life insurance side of the business because of its unique ability to help support families’ long-term security through thoughtful insurance planning and well structured protection strategies.

During my years at TruChoice, I’ve had the privilege of seeing the full impact of the policies I’ve helped financial professionals design and implement. It’s incredibly rewarding to hear how families move from uncertainty to gratitude because a loved one planned ahead with life insurance and long-term care protection. I’ve developed a deep passion for teaching, particularly when it comes to simplifying complex life insurance concepts and helping financial professionals recognize and communicate the meaningful protection benefits these solutions can bring to their clients. My optimistic, upbeat nature and my commitment to delivering sound, timely guidance has helped me build strong, trusted relationships throughout the industry. After my dad’s medical crisis in 2023, I gained an even deeper appreciation for the importance of comprehensive Insurance planning, and I now share that experience to highlight why life insurance and LTC strategies truly matter.

Outside of work, I’m a proud Auburn University graduate and have been married to my wife, Rebecca, for more than 20 years. We live in Roswell, Georgia, with our two wonderful children, Colin and Riley, who keep us active and involved in our community. I’ve spent many years coaching their sports teams, from soccer and basketball to even learning lacrosse, and I’m an enthusiastic tennis player on our neighborhood team. Our family loves the outdoors, especially camping, hiking, and deep sea fishing on my brother’s boat. We are active members of Roswell United Methodist Church, and we enjoy supporting a wide range of community events and charitable initiatives.
